    Yes you can tell who has unsubscribed by going into their contact card to check. It will indicate like this:

    If a team member unsubscribed in error can this be corrected?

    Good question - I am not sure about this but can you delete the contact (yes you will lose any history) and re-add them back and see if that removes the unsubscribed status?

    Tried that before I asked this question and no it didn't work. It's as if there is something in the back end of the program that remembers the email. In other systems I've used this would work. Perhaps something that can be looked at?? So in the meantime I guess I will send the track to myself first then forward to her?

    Hi Tanya

    We don't have any way to resubscribe people after they have unsubscribed because of spam considerations but definitely there needs to be something figured out with mistakes or mishaps that happen. So can you log this in as a ticket because tech team is aware of it just never got around to sorting it out or figuring a way with it.

    Is there a way to view all "unsubscribes" in a list? Opening each record is time consuming.
